Refund Policy

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not cover the cost of returns.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
  2. The item is returned in its original packaging.
  3. The item has not been damaged through misuse or careless handling.
  4. If you are returning an item due to a fault or defect, this must have been identified immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we reasonably believe an item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, send an email to hello@re-vybe.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the item if returning due to a fault or defect
  • Full name
  • Shipping address

We will review your request and provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send returns to any other address — we will confirm the correct address once your request has been received.

Return Processing

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be sent to our international fulfilment warehouse, the address for which will be provided upon approval of your return request.


Right of Withdrawal

If you are a private consumer (i.e. not purchasing for commercial or professional purposes), you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the following conditions.

Cancellation Period

You have 30 days from the date you, or a nominated third party, received your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Orders in Transit

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible until delivery. Please wait until you have received your order and then contact us to begin the return process. You are welcome to notify us of your intention to cancel in advance. To guarantee the fastest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation once your return is on its way.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by email at tiberius.commerce@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is considered complete once we have received the returned goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you — excluding original delivery costs — within 14 days of receiving both your withdrawal notification and the returned goods. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction at no additional charge to you.
